Our Returns PolicyAll returned goods MUST be accompanied by a returns authorisation number. This can be obtained by contacting our returns department on 0870 411 3551 (Mon-Fri 10:00-16:00) Any item returned without a return authorisation number on the outside of the package will be refused All goods purchased from us include a 12 month warranty (unless otherwise stated) with the exception of consumable items (eg. Ink Cartridges, CD/DVD Media etc.). - All original ink cartridges have a manufacturers warranty and you should should contact the manufacturer directly with any warranty issues. - All compatible Ink Cartridges include a 30-day complete satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with any compatible ink cartridge it may be returned within 30 days for exchange or refund. Please ensure that all items are adequately packaged as we are unable to exchange or refund any damaged items. If necessary, please contact our returns department on 0870 411 3551 for advise on packaging items for return. Any items which are faulty will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of RL Supplies. Should a replacement item be unavailable RL Supplies will offer an alternative product of the same or better specification. If this is not possible a refund will be offered. Any items recieved under warranty which are found not to be faulty will be subject to a charge to cover our engineers time and the return carriage charge (minimum £20.00 + VAT) Please note that the warranty offered is a hardware warranty - RL Supplies cannot be held responsible for loss of data, loss of earnings, Carriage charges or any other loss incurred. |
